No. The seminar is specially designed to enable participants without an IT background to become productive immediately. We show how to create professional AI assistants using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot Studio or automation platforms – without code, without complex infrastructure. Technical basics are explained in an understandable way so that anyone can develop their own bots in just a few steps.
We work hands-on with ChatGPT GPT Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, No Code automations, knowledge integrations (PDFs, websites, SharePoint) and API connections. All examples are designed for immediate application – not theory.
We teach clear security and governance mechanisms: GDPR-compliant use, data minimization, secure prompt strategies, role and rights concepts, logging and quality controls. Participants learn how to operate AI agents in a controlled, transparent and responsible manner – without risking confidential company data.
We show how to securely integrate corporate knowledge – whether PDFs, websites, guidelines, presentations, databases or DMS systems. Participants learn several variants: direct file uploads, structured knowledge databases, vector storage, SharePoint connection or API access. The result is an assistant that provides truly company-specific answers.
