Contents and procedure of the Agentic Coding Training

- Why context determines response quality; keeping an eye on token limits, costs and performance
- “Every token counts” principle: only provide relevant information, reduce noise
- Practice: Structure repository and documentation for AI use, context-specific provision per task, techniques for context compression without loss of information
- Result: AI-optimized structure and controlled context usage
Module 3 – Spec-Driven Development (Spec to Code)
- From natural language to machine-readable specifications
- Orchestration: Interaction between Copilot, SpecKit and other agents
- Automated code generation: possibilities and limitations; targeted reviews and human control
- Consistent spec-to-code process: precise feature descriptions, usable specs, iterative tests and quality improvement
Module 4 – Live build: Mini-App End-to-End
- Architectural decisions in agent-supported development; sensible distribution of tasks
- Quality assurance: review patterns, guardrails and checkpoints; testing, refactoring, optimization
- Coordinated use of Copilot and SpecKit along Design → Generation → Review → Integration
Module 5 – Best Practices, Scaling & Transfer
- Sustainable patterns for agentic coding; typical pitfalls and effective countermeasures
- Scaling and integration: roles, handovers, metrics; CI/CD connection and governance
- Team guidelines, prompt libraries, templates, workflows and contextual understanding for everyday life
