Participants do not leave the seminar with theory, but with immediately applicable prompt libraries, system prompts, leadership routines and a personal 90-day development plan. All content is geared towards real leadership work – not abstract models.

    No. The seminar does not require any prior technical knowledge. Everything relevant to AI functionality, risks, governance, understanding of roles and practical application is systematically developed. All that is important is openness, a willingness to reflect and a desire to develop new leadership skills.

    You will gain clarity about leadership behavior in an AI world, new delegation and communication routines, tools for better decisions and tried-and-tested prompts for meetings, feedback, target images and conflicts.
