AI success factor cooperation – BAIOSPHERE and Ventum Consulting bring together decision-makers and thought leaders from business and science
Artificial intelligence (AI) remains one of the most controversial topics in today’s economic landscape – between visionary promises and real challenges. BAIOSPHERE and Ventum Consulting connect decision-makers with experts and thought leaders to create practical solutions and real sustainable added value. At the joint event “AI Beyond The Hype”, global players such as BMW, Siemens and Schwarz Digital demonstrated how bold strategies, clear KPIs and open innovation cultures are taking AI projects from hype to reality.
The role of BAIOSPHERE in networking business and science
As the central platform for AI in Bavaria, BAIOSPHERE acts as a bridge builder between research and practice on behalf of the state government. With tailor-made programs, a dynamic partner network and practice-oriented formats, the initiative accelerates the transfer of knowledge to concrete applications. Companies not only benefit from access to cutting-edge technologies and cross-industry expertise, but also receive strategic guidelines for the successful integration of AI. By combining academic expertise and entrepreneurial agility, BAIOSPHERE creates an ecosystem that makes innovations scalable – and transforms Bavaria into a beacon for intelligent future solutions.

Review: AI Beyond The Hype - BAIOSPHERE x Ventum Consulting
On July 23, 2025, we opened the doors to the real success factors of AI together with BAIOSPHERE at the event “AI Beyond The Hype – A Reality Check”. Decision-makers and innovation drivers from technology, strategy and transformation received exclusive, practical insights into proven methods and lessons learned from Siemens, Schwarz Digital and BMW – inspiration and tools at the same time to make AI projects fly sustainably.
The following findings in particular emerged from the presentations and discussions:
- The use of open standards, scalable platforms and cross-functional collaboration creates real added value.
- Management expectations should be managed through clear KPIs, realistic use cases and transparent performance measurement.
- Employees need the courage and the opportunity to try out new things and sometimes fail – “Fail fast, learn faster”.
- Success stories are an important lever for getting people on board and creating enthusiasm for AI projects.
- The focus should always be on the business value created – and not just on the AI technology itself.
