Hello, Senior Agile IT Consultant (m/f/d)!

Your entry into the Agile Coaching cosmos! In this position, you will guide and advise our customers’ teams on their way to agile working, but you will also contribute technically (product vision, definition of done) to the process.   • How you help teams self-organize and pool their skills to launch innovative, new technologies.
  • How to train customers and colleagues on agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Nexus in team workshops, trainings and events.
  • How you can use your technical background to speak at eye level with IT developers and communicate their views to other stakeholders such as business analysts and managers.
  • How the success of agile transformation often depends on getting the right people around the table.
  • How enriching it is to work with people from different disciplines and contribute to their success as a facilitator, mediator, guide or designer.

This is your dream job if

  • You have already worked for two years as a product owner, software developer or in a similar role in an agile team.
  • You understand IT architectures and have hands-on knowledge of Jira / Confluence and experience in Continuous Integration.
  • You want to shift your focus from technical development to coaching without losing your technical grounding.
  • You learn quickly, simply implement ideas and can unsentimentally discard things that don’t work.
  • You are fantastic with people.
