With this job, you will take off as a BPM expert! In doing so, you apply BPM methods to boldly rethink our customers’ business processes. In addition, you support process automation and conception of process-oriented software solutions. Why you should do this with us? There are many reasons for this. 5 things you will experience in this job

The excitement of analyzing business processes using modern methods such as process mining in order to revolutionize them.
Your team will use you in a wide range of BPM tasks, including requirements engineering, tendering and requirements gathering for software solutions, and the implementation of individual technical modules.
How you manage exciting IT projects from initial communication documents to quality assurance.
How to continuously expand your initial knowledge in the visualization of business processes and in agile methods (such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira) in the varied project business.
That although you start as a junior, you can take on responsibility straight away, so you’re on a steep learning curve.

You have successfully studied business informatics or economics and have already been magically attracted to intuitive, digital processes.
You get your hair stand up at cumbersome, manual processes because your heart beats for software that enables efficient and agile workflows.
You don’t give up right away when things get tough. Especially when it comes to complex, abstract challenges, you are at your best.
You are interested in also supporting project management at the customer’s site in the form of status reports, follow-up on open items, and implementation activities.
You can communicate and present in a relaxed and professional manner in German and English.
